BIOGRAPHY
Doreen Kennedy was born in Dublin, Ireland 1968. She graduated from
the College of Marketing and Design in 1989 and continues to work in
both photography and design. Previous group exhibitions have
included: Cead in China, 411 Galleries, Shanghai; Holga Group Show,
Monster Truck Gallery, Dublin; Projected Weekends, The Digital Hub,
Dublin; River Walk Show, Project 06, Galway. Solo exhibitions have
included re:location at The Kenny Gallery, Galway; Sea Area Forecast,
Bank of Ireland Arts Centre, Dublin and Performance, Olympia Theatre
Dublin. For the last three years she has been developing a
photography installation ‘1,000 Flowers’ at the Electric Picnic
Festival. Her work has been published in Stinging Fly, West 47 and
Platforms Magazine.
